In our Customer Service department, you will answer questions from both customers and your colleagues in the stores. It is WE's aim to create the very best customer experience. With the optimum service you provide and your customer-focus, you can go a long way to realising this.
The questions from our customers are very wide-ranging and come in via email, telephone or webcare. No two working days are ever the same. And because ‘two heads are better than one', you work in a team of 15 international colleagues all with a passion for fashion and helping people.
