Junior Digital Retoucher

Fitting within the wider Marketing team WE Studios is a talented international team of in-house systems driven and creative people. The WE Studios team works autonomously on e-commerce photography and regularly partners with our in-house creative team to support marketing and communications projects on multiple levels - preferring to work on projects together, because 'Life is Better Together'.

In the roll of Junior Digital Retoucher you will be responsible for the digital retouch requirements of a diverse range of imagery from ecommerce to campaign. You’ll be tasked with ensuring the highest standard of final look is efficiently achieved in alignment with the WE creative direction. You’re end to end responsible for the post-production process with a key focus on webshop imagery and are responsible for quality control by following established guidelines across all edited images internally and from external partners. With excellent time management skills you achieve your daily KPI’s and make sure that final images are correctly delivered for end use, publication and administration.

• You have completed a Bachelor degree in the direction of Graphic Design or Photography.
• You have 2 or more years of work experience in a similar Digital Retouch role, of which at least 1 year in the field of e-commerce.
• You are highly organized and efficient, the studio environment is where you feel at home, you stay up to date on the best and latest tools and workflows available;
• You are known for your eye for detail and are flexible, calm and comfortable in a fast paced fashion environment with rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• We are looking for someone to join our team on a permanent basis for a longer period. So are you an interim? Then unfortunately we are not looking for you.
• Finally, you always bring a positive vibe to your work, you are a true team player with a can do problem solving attitude.
