Junior Merchandiser

Merchandising forms the connecting link between our Design and Buying departments. Merchandise analyses determine, for example, how many products we buy and what the distribution is between online and physical sales. Using your own analyses based on our store and collection performance, you advise the Buying and Merchandising departments on purchasing quantities and size distribution, but you also determine the effectiveness of your stock and make adjustments where necessary/possible. The nice thing about this is that your actions have a direct effect on the sales potential of an article.
What we expect from you?
  • At least a completed HBO education, e.g. towards Economics, Business Administration or Fashion;
  • You bring a maximum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, such as Assistant or Junior Merchandiser, Allocator, Trader or Stock Planner;
  • And finally, in addition to highly developed analytical skills and dexterity in Excel, you have commercial and communication skills. You regularly need to substantiate your analyses or be able to convince others of the right direction.
We evaluate all applicants on the basis of competencies, experience and equal pay m/f/x.

You and your Merchandise team ensure every day that we can continue to grow and innovate, so there should be something in return. You work for WE, WE work for you. You therefore get from us:
  • A salary that matches your knowledge, education and experience.
  • A laptop, so you can work hybrid. So whether you want to work at home (including home working allowance) or at the office, you choose the workplace that suits you every day. And would you like to take a work station? You can!
  • A travel allowance, 25 holidays, 8% holiday pay, a standard 20% shop discount, a pension scheme and an extensive package of collective insurances.
  • Annual "Moments that matter day"; an extra day off that you can use on a day with special meaning for you.
  • If you have been with us for 2 years, you are eligible for a sabbatical of minimum 8 to maximum 16 weeks, during which we continue to pay 25% of your salary.
  • The chance to continuously learn and develop, both professionally and personally. For example, from our WE Academy we offer various education and training opportunities that you need to excel with us.
