Merchandiser Kidswear


Merchandising forms the link between our Design and Buying departments, which develop the collections, and our stores and webshop where we sell the collections. As a Merchandiser, you determine the distribution between online channels, both for our own channel and for the various online partners we work with and the physical sales in the stores. You are responsible for your own product group for which you draw up a business plan based on your own analyses. The business plan includes the product choice, assortment size, sales prices, margins, purchase quantities and possible opportunities and threats. You analyze sales results and adjust them where necessary with, for example, discounts and promotions, in order to achieve stock determinations and ensure that profitability is maximized.
What we expect from you?
  • At least a completed HBO education, for example towards Fashion (Management), Business Administration, Business Administration or Business Economics.
  • You have at least 4 years of work experience as a Merchandiser, Planner, or Trader, preferably within a Retail environment.
  • Excel holds no secrets for you and you have highly developed analytical skills and an enormous affinity with numbers.
  • With your commercial and communication skills you can easily substantiate analyzes and convince others of the right direction.
