A WORK PLACEMENT IN STORE
Are you completing an MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) 3 or 4 year course? WE is a recognised ‘apprenticeship company' and offers BOL and BBL work placements during which you will fulfil the role of a Sales Advisor in our stores. You apply the theory from your studies to a dynamic reality, and we'll teach you all about business and provide great supervision.
On the work floor, you will learn about fashion, sales and service and will also take part in our crew training. What's more, your career with WE doesn't need to stop with your work placement; with additional courses and training, you can develop to become Assistant Store Manager and, who knows, even Store Manager of your own WE store!
A WORK PLACEMENT AT HEAD OFFICE
If you're an HBO (Higher Vocational Education) student with a passion for fashion?? Then you could complete your work placement within Buying & Productdevelopment, Design & Visual Merchandising, Marketing & E-commerce, HR or Merchandising. We offer experience work placements as well as final year work placements. You will work as a full team member and will be given responsibilities right away; you could end up organising events, working on marketing or recruitment campaigns or getting involved in our new collections. Your work placement supervisor will chat to you about what you want to learn and what you need. Our motivated team is ready to help you develop.
