Every new collection starts with an idea, but a lot happens before an item reaches our stores or becomes available online. Within Buying, you're right at the heart of that process. You follow trends and market developments, understand our customer and work closely with Design and Merchandising to determine which products become part of our collections.
You'll be in daily contact with international suppliers, assess materials and production samples and make decisions around price, quality, planning and CSR. Data and sales results help you make well-informed commercial choices, while throughout the season you stay alert to new opportunities: what's performing well, where is the potential and where do we need to adjust?
You'll have plenty of responsibility and work with colleagues and suppliers around the world. Within Buying, you combine your passion for fashion with commercial insight, creativity and entrepreneurship. And if you spot an opportunity to make something better, smarter or stronger? You'll have the freedom to make it happen. Because next season's trends? You're already working on them today.

What if you could shape an entire Kidswear business, from the first creative idea to the product our customers find in store?
As Director Kidswear at WE Fashion, you hold full end to end responsibility for our Boys and Girls collections. Design, Buying and Merchandising come together under your leadership as one team of around 35 people. You set the direction for the whole Kidswear business, not only the collection.
Kidswear is an important part of our business, with real room to grow. We are looking for a leader who sees that potential, questions how we work today, and brings the vision, energy and commercial rigour to move Kidswear forward.
