The department's responsibilities include media strategy, setting up innovative collaborations and creating content for all our communication channels.

WE Fashion is undergoing an online and international expansion ambition. With around 150 stores in 4 countries and online sales in 20 countries across Europe, plus a growing multi-brand offering under the banner Brands WE® loves, the dynamic marketing department is always looking for talent to lead the way. From eye-catching campaigns to collaborations with well-known brands, the Marketing team goes the extra mile each and every day. With a close team, they build an even stronger brand identity. The marketing department collaborates with all teams within WE®, from product and design to retail teams, to achieve the best results. There's a reason our motto is 'life is better together'. Besides that, there is a lot of focus on social media: we have created our own ambassador programme, where our WE Friends - otherwise known as content creators - can join and contribute to the latest campaigns. The team also moves with the current media trends within platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube and are currently focusing on innovating all our expressions. What makes the marketing department at WE Fashion different from many other marketing departments? The team has an internal advertising agency with which they create almost everything themselves. An ideal environment for creativity as well as personal development.
