YOU WORK FOR WE®

As Studio Manager, you ensure that our studio operates smoothly and professionally. You give direction to the team, safeguard the quality and brand consistency of all imagery, and make sure workflows are efficient and well-structured. With your eye for detail and strong sense of fashion, you elevate the output of the studio – from inspiring webshop visuals to impactful in-store communication and campaigns.

Your role goes beyond the photo studio alone: you combine studio management with project management and take on initiatives that reach further than core studio output. You keep up with developments in AI and translate them into opportunities for our workflows and visual production. You are flexible, forward-thinking, motivational, and create an environment where your team can continuously grow. Thanks to your leadership and organizational talent, the studio’s output seamlessly connects with the ambitions of Marketing, Design and E-Commerce. You will also ensure that the output of the studio, from image capture to retouch, and any technical support for the studio is held-up to the WE® standards.

You know how to organize complex planning, projects and production processes while keeping budgets and costs under control.
You coach and develop a creative team, ensuring everyone thrives and delivers their best work together.
You safeguard the quality and brand consistency of all imagery, with an eye for detail and a sense of fashion.
You constantly find ways to make processes smarter and more efficient, without compromising on quality.
You connect easily with Marketing, Design and E-Commerce, aligning studio output with broader brand and business goals. You have also worked with retouchers and studio teams before.
