JUNIOR DESIGNER BOYSWEAR

Every day, our close-knit Boys Design team works with passion and creativity to develop stylish collections for our customers. As a Junior Designer, this means constantly thinking ahead, learning, adapting, and maintaining a clear overview. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

In this role, you will support the development of our Boys collection, with a primary focus on the woven product category. Together with your colleagues, you will create collections that meet the needs of our customers while gaining valuable insight into pricing structures and commercial objectives.

You will closely monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and translate your insights into mood boards and design concepts. You will clearly communicate your ideas to suppliers and fit technicians, ensuring that designs are well prepared for the development and production process.

You will be involved throughout the entire design process and have the opportunity to further develop your expertise, including collection building and assortment planning. You will work closely with the Buying, Merchandising, and Design teams to create collections that are both creative and commercially successful.

Where you make impact:

• You have a passion for boyswear, fashion, and trends, and enjoy developing commercially successful collections.
• You have gained some experience in a design role within a fashion retail environment and are ready to take the next step in your design career.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, and can effectively communicate your design ideas for production. Experience with PLM systems is an advantage.
• You are curious about fashion trends, new techniques, and industry developments, and know how to translate them into relevant designs for our customers.
• You have a good command of English, enabling you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
