Inventing recruitment campaigns, developing an international academy, paying attention to vitality and improving employee satisfaction. Just a few examples of the various things our HR team works on every day. We create a healthy working environment for our colleagues, optimise all HR processes to be more efficient and use our HR analytics to drive our strategy. As part of the HR team, you are driven by curiosity, you do not shy away from a challenge and you enjoy looking for opportunities to keep our employees motivated. You will be given a lot of responsibility in the department, the freedom of sparring with colleagues, space for your own input and the opportunity to grow. Because HR works together with all departments and levels of the organisation, we learn from and with each other. After all, together you achieve the best results.
