This group of motivated WE® colleagues can be split into two departments, but they work together towards one and the same goal: providing our many WE® stores and head office with the best systems.

Then you are the perfect fit for the IT & Innovations team. This group of motivated WE® colleagues can be split into two departments, but they work together towards one and the same goal: providing our many WE® stores and head office with the best systems.
SET THE NEXT TREND
This department has a lot of variety; with different branches within the team, everyone has their own specialism, but there is also tons of cooperation. For instance, IT is responsible for various systems, which support our online shop, office staff, stores and the European distribution centre. In case of any issues, this department is the first to take the lead in resolving these problems. Innovations is constantly looking for innovation and development, with the aim of improving the customer experience, increasing efficiency and ultimately increasing turnover. In addition, this multidisciplinary team works on multiple projects, such as connecting marketplaces, new distribution concepts, supply chain improvements and reporting. As an IT & Innovations professional at WE Fashion, you’ll have a guiding and coordinating role; from service desk employees and application- and system administrators to product managers and data specialists, one and all are involved to ensure the infrastructure runs smoothly. The department also pays a lot of attention to innovation; after all, the world of IT is always is motion. Together with internal and external contacts, the team stays sharp and faces a new challenge every day.
