Project Manager

WE Fashion is in the midst of a large-scale business and IT transformation: Project Horizon. By modernizing our IT landscape, we are building a future-proof, secure, and scalable IT operation that supports our ambitions as a European fashion retailer.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end realization of one or more workstreams (subprojects) within this transformation program. You will bring structure, overview, and progress to complex processes and ensure that results are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed quality standards.

In this role:

• You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from initiation and planning to implementation and aftercare.
• You will draw up project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor progress, scope, budget, and quality.
• You will manage multidisciplinary project teams consisting of business stakeholders, IT specialists, and external partners.
• You will translate strategic objectives into concrete project results and ensure that people, processes, and systems move forward together.
• You will ensure that agreements, progress, and decision-making are clearly documented and properly coordinated with the steering group and program management.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively make adjustments where necessary.
• Continuously coordinate with other projects and workflows to ensure consistency and prioritization.
• Ensure that changes are properly implemented in the organization through clear communication and targeted guidance.
• You will work closely with the Program Manager, other Project Managers, and Project Coordinator to ensure consistency in approach and working methods.
• As a Project Manager, you will operate at the intersection of business and IT. In this role, you will report directly to the ERP Program Manager.

What do we expect from you?

This role is a good fit for you if you like to bring structure, maintain an overview, and enjoy taking care of others.

• You have the necessary knowledge from relevant education, for example in IT, (Technical) Business Administration, or a similar field, or in another way that has prepared you well for this role.
• You have experience as a Project Manager in IT or business transformations and know how to successfully realize projects from start to delivery.
• You have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with external suppliers.
• Demonstrable experience with project governance, budget monitoring, and risk management.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a B2C environment is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between operations and senior management.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in English.
