Studio & Content Production Manager

As Studio & Content Production Manager, you help transform our studio into the content hub of WE®. While e-commerce photography remains an important part of our output, you play a key role in the further development of content production for campaigns, social media and other brand expressions.

You lead the studio team and ensure all content productions run smoothly, from planning and photography to retouching, social formats and final delivery. You safeguard quality, brand consistency, budgets and deadlines. With your eye for detail and passion for fashion, you ensure that all content reflects the look, feel and ambitions of WE®.

You not only focus on what is needed today, but also on what will be possible tomorrow. You closely follow developments in AI and content creation and explore how new technologies can contribute to smarter, more efficient and scalable content production. This includes the further implementation of LookGen and other innovative solutions.

Through your leadership, organisational skills and vision for content, you ensure the studio remains closely connected to the needs of Marketing, Design and E-commerce and is ready for the future.

• You have experience managing creative production processes within a studio, content or e-commerce environment.
• You understand how different types of content come together within a brand, from e-commerce photography to campaign and social content.
• You understand how content differs by channel and audience and know how to adapt productions accordingly.
• You know how to effectively organise teams, planning, budgets and stakeholders while maintaining oversight in a dynamic environment.
• You have experience optimising processes and see opportunities to leverage technology and AI within content production.
• You collaborate easily with Marketing, Design and E-commerce teams and know how to translate creative ambitions into an efficient and scalable operation.
