CRO Specialist

As a CRO Specialist, you’ll make sure visitors to wefashion.com can easily find what they’re looking for and enjoy completing their purchase. You’ll dive into data, identify where customers drop off and turn these insights into concrete improvements to the customer journey. From homepage to checkout, you’ll investigate what works, why it works and where there’s room for improvement.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across E-commerce, Marketing and Tech, as well as with our digital agency. You’ll connect data and insights to tangible improvements. You’ll develop hypotheses and make sure A/B tests are properly set up, executed and evaluated. Through your analyses, you’ll show what works and identify the next steps that can contribute to an even better online experience.

You look beyond the numbers. You think along about solutions and opportunities to continuously improve the customer journey. At the same time, you’re always looking for ways to make processes smarter, more efficient and scalable.

You’ll help build a structured testing roadmap, share insights with the team and encourage increasingly data-driven decision-making. Together, we make wefashion.com a little better every day.

Where you make an impact:

• You have knowledge of CRO, UX, E-commerce or data-driven optimization through relevant work experience, and you have experience with conversion optimization.
• You can develop hypotheses, set up, execute and evaluate A/B tests, and ensure results are statistically sound.
• You analyze data and user behavior and translate insights from sources such as heatmaps, session recordings and user feedback into concrete improvements to the customer journey.
• You work in a structured way across multiple experiments, prioritize within a testing roadmap and use AI to develop analyses, hypotheses and prototypes more efficiently.
• You translate results into clear business cases and communicate them effectively to different stakeholders and disciplines.
