Designer Menswear

Every day, our close-knit Design team works with passion and creativity to develop stylish collections for our customers. As a Designer, this means constantly thinking ahead, adapting to change, and maintaining a clear overview. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing our Menswear collection, with a focus on woven products. You will oversee the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that your designs are both creatively inspiring and commercially successful.

You look beyond the product itself. You have a clear vision for styling, presentation, and brand experience, and you understand how your collection contributes to the bigger picture. Working closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams, you will develop collections that align with our customer, pricing strategy, and commercial objectives.

How do you achieve this? You stay up to date with market developments, analyse trends, monitor competitors, and translate your insights into inspiring mood boards and commercially relevant designs. You communicate your ideas clearly to suppliers and fit technicians, ensuring every product is developed with precision and attention to detail.

With your strong sense of fashion, product development, and commercial awareness, you will contribute to collections that are both relevant to our customers and successful in the market.

Where you make impact:

• You have design experience within a fashion retail environment and a strong affinity with menswear and woven product categories.
• You translate trends, market developments, and customer insights into commercial products that resonate with our target audience.
• You have a strong vision for product, styling, and presentation, and understand how these elements contribute to a successful collection.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, and can accurately prepare technical designs for production.
• You communicate confidently in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
