Finance Administrator (M/F/D)

As Finance Administrator, you are part of a small and close-knit Finance team and support the department in a variety of financial and administrative activities. You take responsibility for the store accounting and help ensure that financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

You work closely with the Finance team and report functionally to our Manager Accounting & Reporting, who is based in the Netherlands, making you part of an international Finance organisation.

Your role includes:

  • Managing the store accounting for our Swiss stores
  • Processing the accounts payable administration
  • Staying in close contact with our stores and advising them on administrative and accounting topics
  • Supporting stores with the financial processing of daily operations
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial and administrative processes
  • General administrative support for the local head office

  • You contribute to stable financial processes and reliable data.
  • You work independently, think solution-oriented and keep a clear overview.
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international context and collaborate with stakeholders across Switzerland and Europe.
