HR Manager

As HR Manager Switzerland, you are responsible for the local implementation of our HR strategy and act as the main point of contact for all HR-related topics within the Swiss retail organisation. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and feel comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your role includes:

  • Translating the corporate HR strategy into practical, locally applicable HR initiatives and acting as a strategic partner for store management on organisational development and change.
  • Supporting performance management, talent development and leadership development across the store network.
  • Managing absenteeism, wellbeing and Health & Safety topics in line with local legislation, in close collaboration with occupational health partners.
  • Advising on employment law, complex HR cases and employee relations matters.
  • Monitoring HR data and KPIs, ensuring clear communication between stores and head office, and safeguarding the training and development of apprentices together with the apprentice trainer.

Where you make impact:

  • You translate corporate HR strategy into practical and effective initiatives that support daily retail operations across the Swiss store network.
  • You act as a trusted HR partner for store management and retail leadership, advising on people topics, organisational development and change.
  • You strengthen employee engagement, performance and sustainable employability through a hands-on, people-focused approach.
  • You confidently manage complex HR cases and employment law matters, balancing local legislation with company guidelines.
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international context and collaborate with stakeholders across Switzerland and Europe.
