HR Officer (m/f/d)

As HR Officer Switzerland, you are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of HR administrative processes across the Swiss organisation. You are detail-oriented, service-minded and enjoy working in a structured way, while supporting both employees and managers in their day-to-day HR questions.

Your role includes:

  • Managing employment administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, personnel changes and offboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  • Preparing monthly payroll input and validating time registration data such as working hours, overtime, absences and holidays.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related and HR administrative questions from employees and managers.
  • Supporting compliance with Swiss labour law, social security, insurance and employment regulations.
  • Coordinating HR administration related to sickness, accident cases and pension schemes (LPP/BVG).
  • Supporting smooth onboarding and offboarding processes across the organisation.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR Manager / HR Business Partner and contributing to HR projects and process improvements when needed.

  • You support compliance with Swiss labour law and HR regulations through structured and detail-oriented work.
  • You provide clear, service-oriented HR support and act as a dependable point of contact for HR administrative questions.
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English, allowing you to operate effectively in an international environment.
