Junior Merchandiser

As a Junior Merchandiser, you and your colleagues form the link between creativity and commerce. You ensure that the right product is in the right quantity, at the right time and in the right place — both in our stores and online. You do this based on data, a healthy dose of common sense and your commercial flair.

You will work daily to optimise stock, turnover and margins. With your analyses of sales performance and stock levels, you will advise our Buying and Merchandising departments on purchase quantities, size ranges and distribution across the various sales channels. The great thing about this job is that what you decide today will be visible in the stores tomorrow!

This role is truly hands-on and you will be fully involved in the operation. No two days are the same, and that is precisely what makes the work so educational and challenging.

What we expect from you:

  • You have a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, for example in Fashion (Management), Economics, Business Administration or Commercial Economics.
  • You have a maximum of two years' work experience in a role as a (Junior) Merchandiser, Allocator, Trader or Stock Planner, or you are an analytical talent who is eager to learn.
  • Excel holds few secrets for you and you enjoy working with numbers.
  • You switch easily between teams, think in terms of solutions and know how to communicate your analyses convincingly.
  • You like to get things done: you learn by doing and are energised by a dynamic environment.
