Accounting & Reporting Manager

As Accounting & Reporting Manager, you lead our Accounting & Reporting team and are responsible for the full scope of financial reporting, including the related planning and control cycle. You ensure reliable financial reporting, sound financial analyses, clear insights, the preparation of the annual accounts and continuous process improvement.

In this role, you:

• Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team (consisting of nine colleagues, including a team of two local finance colleagues in Switzerland), with a strong focus on clarity, ownership and collaboration.
• Are responsible for periodic closings, various forecasts (including weekly cash flow forecasts) and the preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and analyses, including variance analyses and insights for business controllers and other stakeholders.
• Act as a financial sparring partner for the business, providing insight into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Safeguard compliance, internal controls and data quality within financial processes.
• Contribute to business cases, investment analyses, ad hoc requests and financial projects.

You report directly to the CFO and work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT and the wider organisation.

• You bring and maintain structure and clarity in financial reporting, supporting better decision-making across the organisation.
• You lead, coach and develop your team, ensuring both high quality output and sustainable performance.
• You actively contribute to digitalisation and process improvement, including the implementation of a new ERP system.
• You are responsible for the management and further development of financial applications and tooling, while safeguarding tax and compliance obligations.
• You operate comfortably in an international, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders within and outside Finance, including on ESG reporting topics.
