The Import/Export department is fully dedicated to ensuring the proper management of our goods and information flows in the areas of international transport and trade, with the goal of guaranteeing accurate and timely delivery to the distribution center. The department handles import and export shipments and ensures their correct and timely administrative processing, and is also well-versed in certifications and permits. Which carrier is needed to ensure our products arrive on time, and have the customs documents been taken care of? They have the right answers to these questions. A motivated team of logistics professionals proactively focuses on efficiency and innovation. Moreover, through various data applications, they are always up to date on the (current) international supply chain, which provides them and other departments with information about the overall flow of goods. After all, this is a highly complex process.

As an Import/Export Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of our import shipments and the associated reports.

You bring administrative and/or logistical knowledge gained through education or relevant experience.
You work with precision and maintain an overview of various administrative processes.
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
You think in terms of solutions and adapt easily when situations change.
You can express yourself well in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively in our international work environment.
