Designer Womenswear (tijdelijke vervanging)

Every day, our close-knit Design team works with passion and creativity on stylish collections for our customers. That means continuously thinking ahead, switching gears and keeping overview. A dynamic role where no two days are the same.

In this role, you are responsible for the product groups sweat, jersey tops, jersey dresses and jersey bottoms, including all placement graphics. You oversee the design process for your categories and ensure that designs are both creative and commercially strong.

Together with the Merchandise and Buying teams, you form a strong partnership and work towards collections that align with our customer, price architecture and supplier agreements.

How do you do this? You closely follow the market, analyse trends and keep an eye on competitors. Based on these insights, you create moodboards and translate them into concrete designs. You clearly prepare and organise your ideas for suppliers and fit technicians, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth production process.

You collaborate easily within the team and contribute to strong teamwork and progress throughout the design process.

Where you make impact:

• You bring design experience within a fashion retail environment and have an affinity with womenswear and jersey product groups.
• You translate trends and ideas into commercial designs that resonate with our customer.
• You work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and know how to prepare your designs clearly and accurately for production.
• You are organised, maintain overview in your work, set priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
• You communicate confidently in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
