Digital Trade Merchandiser

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating data-driven ideas with the aim of increasing revenue, optimizing conversions, and improving campaigns on the website.  You have a keen understanding of the WE Fashion customer and know how to reach and retain them. In addition, you optimize commercial value by recognizing and identifying relevant market opportunities related to our products, with the aim of further increasing conversion. You contribute ideas about technical optimizations and AI solutions for the purpose of further optimizing conversion.

In this role:

• Optimize the webshop on a daily basis based on commercial performance data (such as views, AOV, UPT, conversion rate, exit rates, and ATB%) and current supply and demand, and translate your insights into concrete improvements in visibility, assortment, and presentation.
• You will use your fashion sense and retail instincts to continuously refine online visual merchandising, from product positioning and sorting to storytelling, category classification, and on-site inspiration.
• You will develop and validate optimization hypotheses through A/B testing in collaboration with the Digital Experience team, focusing on conversion, product experience, and commercial impact.
• Identify market, trend, and product opportunities and translate them into inspiring on-site campaigns, commercial activations, and strong product curation.
• Ensure optimal translation of marketing campaigns to the webshop, while monitoring brand experience, commercial results, and visual consistency.
• Actively contribute to technical optimizations, AI solutions, and scalable improvements that contribute to a smarter, more personalized, and commercially strong e-commerce environment.
• Benchmark your performance against the market and combine your data insights with product knowledge to continuously identify new growth opportunities.
• In this role, you will report to the Digital Trade Manager and be part of a team of eight colleagues, playing a key role in the day-to-day commercial management of the webshop.
