End to End Planner

Our Supply Chain team works hard to correctly manage our goods and information flows in terms of international transport and trade, with the aim of achieving correct and timely delivery to the distribution centre. As End-to-End Planner, you coordinate the complete flow of goods within our organisation. Together with colleagues, you ensure efficient and cost-effective planning, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions. Your goal is to achieve a perfect balance between stock availability, ROI and WE®'s commercial goals.

In your role, you monitor every step in the Supply Chain process, from production to transport, and coordinate schedules with buyers and logistics planners, meticulously communicating changes in orders or delivery times. In doing so, you identify and anticipate changes within the Supply Chain and rolling forecasts. Using data analysis, you create dashboards, monitor KPIs and make recommendations for improvements. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you work out strategic decisions that minimize costs and maximise efficiency. As En-to-End Planner, you are an important link between the Buying, Merchandising and Logistics departments, so wanting to work together is very important. You are part of the Supply Chain team and report directly to the Manager Import and Export.

What do we expect from you?

  • A completed college or university degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in planning positions, preferably in retail or fashion, with expertise in merchandise planning and supply chain management.
  • You are analytical and experienced in inventory management, procurement and logistics processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and planning software (e.g. SAP, JDA).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment.
