ERP Finance Business Owner

As ERP Finance Business Owner, you are responsible for the functional design and safeguarding of financial processes within the ERP transformation program. You act as the financial conscience of the project and bring structure, clarity and quality to an environment that is constantly evolving.

You work closely with the Accounting & Reporting team, business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that decisions are well-founded and embedded across the organization. With your expertise and overview, you help prepare Finance for the future.

In this role, you will:

• Represent Finance within the ERP program and act as the functional owner of financial processes, reporting and management information.
• Work closely with the Accounting & Reporting team (10 colleagues, including 2 local finance colleagues in Switzerland) to embed knowledge, insights and decisions effectively.
• Lay the foundation for period-end closings, forecasts (including cash flow) and the annual financial statements within the new ERP system.
• Contribute to the design of future internal reporting and analyses, including variance analyses and management information for business controllers and other stakeholders.
• Act as a financial sparring partner for the business, providing insight into progress, risks and trade-offs within the project.
• Safeguard compliance, internal controls and data quality within the new financial setup.
• Actively contribute to implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of financial processes.

 You report directly to the CFO and work closely with stakeholders across Finance, IT and the wider organization.
