Internship Marketing & AI

As an intern within the marketing team, you’ll be fully involved in the world of innovative content and AI. You’ll help create visuals, copy and social content, support brainstorming sessions and experiment with new tools together with the team. You will not just learn everything about marketing and AI, but also work closely with different departments at WE Fashion, giving you a solid understanding of how our organisation works. We’re excited to see how your fresh perspective can challenge and improve the way we do things!

You’ll contribute to the following activities:

• Supporting the use of AI tools for marketing purposes (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E).
• Creating AI-assisted visuals, copy and videos — including for social media.
• Assisting in setting up and executing campaigns.
• Spotting trends in AI, design and digital marketing.
• Contributing ideas on how we can use AI more effectively within our marketing processes.

What do we expect from you?

• You’re currently studying at a university of applied sciences (HBO) or research university (WO), with a focus on AI in marketing, business strategy and/or business innovation.
• You’re interested in AI and digital content — experience with tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney is a plus, but not a must.
• You’re eager to learn and bring a healthy dose of curiosity.
• You provide constructive feedback and aren’t afraid to challenge our way of working — if you see room for improvement, we’re open to it!
• You’re available from September 2025, for 32 to 40 hours a week, for a minimum of 5 months.
