Internship/Student Job - AI & Automation / Data & BI

At WE Fashion, we are transforming the future of fashion retail and e-commerce through innovation and smart technology. Within our Data & BI team, we don’t just build dashboards—we activeley redesign business operations using modern AI. As our AI & Automation Intern, you will act as the vital bridge between business departments and cutting-edge technology. You will step directly into various teams across our headquarters, learn how their daily processes run, and transform manual workflows into intelligent, automated solutions powered by agentic AI.

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Engaging directly with business teams across WE Fashion to map out daily operational workflows and uncover automation opportunities;
• Designing, prototyping, and building end-to-end agentic AI solutions and modern automation workflows;
• Translating real-world business challenges into practical code and scalable technical solutions;
• Continuously experimenting with new AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and tools to drive tangible impact across the organization;
• Challenging traditional ways of working and presenting creative, practical ideas to business stakeholders.

• Relevant Education: You are pursuing a degree (HBO / WO) in Data, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Business & Technology, or a related field;
• Hands-On Coding & Tech Stack: You can code independently, are comfortable with modern software development stacks, and understand the fundamentals of cloud architecture;
• AI Enthusiast & Practitioner: You integrate AI tools into your daily life and actively use Claude for software development;
• Agentic AI & RAG Knowledge: You understand the core architecture of agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and how modern AI models function under the hood;
• Adaptive Learner: You are fearless when it comes to adopting unfamiliar tools and technologies, using AI as your coding co-pilot to figure things out quickly.
