YOU WORK FOR WE®

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll be the vital link between creativity and commerce. Together with your team, you make sure the right products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities – across both our stores and online channels. You’ll do this by using data, commercial instinct, and a healthy dose of common sense.

You'll work on optimizing stock levels, turnover, and margins on a daily basis. Your analyses on sales performance and stock levels will help guide our Buying and Design teams on purchasing volumes, size curves, and distribution across our sales channels. The best part? This role is truly hands-on. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, working closely with the team, learning by doing, and gaining real-time experience. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes it such a fun and valuable challenge.

What we expect from you:

You have a completed bachelor’s degree, for example in Fashion (Management), Business Administration, Economics or Commercial Economics.
You have up to 2 years of experience in a role such as (Junior) Merchandiser, Allocator, Trader or Stock Planner – or you’re an analytical talent eager to learn the trade.
You’re comfortable working in Excel and love to dive into data.
You collaborate easily, think in solutions, and can clearly communicate your insights.
You’re hands-on: you learn by doing and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
