YOU WORK FOR WE®

As Manager EDC Operations, you are responsible for the daily management and optimization of our warehouse operations. You work in a high-volume, dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.

You will work closely with nine operators and four supervisors who are responsible for day-to-day management on the floor, and you will be indirectly responsible for approximately 150 warehouse employees. You will ensure structure, clear agreements, and a safe, pleasant working environment. You know when to make adjustments and when to give people space.

In this role, you will report to the Logistics Manager. You will be his right-hand man, and together you will ensure that the distribution center runs smoothly and continues to improve.

Where you make an impact:

You ensure the reliable and efficient execution of logistics processes within the EDC, with a focus on quality, productivity, and delivery reliability.
You manage teams, coach employees, and contribute to sustainable employability, performance, and absenteeism support.
You translate operational goals into clear daily and weekly schedules and make adjustments where necessary.
You initiate and supervise improvements in processes, collaboration, and working methods within the distribution center.
You work effectively with various stakeholders in an international and dynamic environment.
