Merchandising forms the link between our Design and Buying teams, who develop the collections, and our stores and webshop, where we sell them.

You are responsible for your own product group, for which you create a business plan based on your own analyses and in collaboration with the Buyer. The business plan covers product selection, assortment size, selling prices, margins, purchase quantities and potential opportunities and risks.

As a Merchandiser, you determine the allocation across online channels, both for our own channel and for the various online partners we work with, as well as the allocation to our physical stores.

You analyze sales results and make adjustments where needed. This helps you achieve stock targets and maximize profitability.

Where you make an impact:

You bring knowledge of Fashion, Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial Economics or a similar field through education and/or relevant work experience.
You have experience as a Merchandiser, Planner or Trader and understand the dynamics of a retail environment.
You work confidently with Excel, analyze data carefully and turn numbers into valuable insights.
You can clearly support your analyses with data and translate commercial insights into concrete decisions.
You communicate clearly and collaborate with different stakeholders to help determine the right direction.
