Online Category Manager

In this role, you will continuously analyze KPIs such as conversion, revenue, traffic, and product performance, turning insights into targeted improvement initiatives. With your commercial mindset, analytical skills, and passion for fashion, you know where the biggest opportunities lie. Together with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and the rest of your E-commerce colleagues, you ensure that assortment, content, and campaigns are optimally aligned.

You identify commercial opportunities, set the right priorities, and take ownership of the results of your categories. To implement data-driven optimizations, you develop hypotheses and test them with the support of the BSI team. In addition, you will contribute to innovations in personalization, AI, and technical optimization to further improve the online customer journey and conversion.

With your proactive and results-driven approach, you know how to connect different stakeholders and make a real impact on the online growth of WE Fashion.

This role is part of the Digital Trade team (9 FTE) and you will report to the Digital Trade Manager. You will manage one E-commerce Merchandiser, who will support you in achieving our growth ambitions.

Where you will make an impact:

• You have relevant knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or fashion through your education and/or professional experience.
• You have experience analyzing commercial data and are able to translate insights into concrete actions and improvements.
• You have experience working with KPIs such as conversion, revenue, traffic, and product performance, and know how to use these metrics to drive results.
• You are comfortable working with different stakeholders and can translate commercial opportunities into improvements across the online customer journey.
• You have experience working with tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Contentsquare, and Excel. Knowledge of A/B testing, web analytics, personalization, and AI is a plus.
