Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk

In this role:

• You ensure the accurate, complete, and timely recording of incoming invoices in the general ledger and follow up on authorization and payment.
• You process financial transactions accurately and promptly in the general ledger.
• You prepare outgoing invoices and ensure that payments are made within the agreed-upon terms.
• You verify that received invoices comply with legal and internal requirements and clarify any ambiguities with suppliers or colleagues.
• You manage and maintain the accounts payable master file and ensure that changes are processed correctly and in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You identify potential errors or risks and discuss them with your manager to find an appropriate solution.
• You perform reconciliations of cash flows from Retail and E-commerce channels and take action in case of discrepancies.
• You ensure the timely processing of bank transactions so that outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable can be properly tracked.
• You will assist with financial and administrative processes related to Retail and E-commerce, such as inquiries from stores, cash register transactions, and inventory counts.
• You will collaborate with Customer Service to address financial inquiries from stores or customers and help find appropriate solutions.
• You will support the Financial Control team with inquiries or tasks related to monthly closings.
• You will actively contribute ideas for improvements to processes, procedures, and internal controls.
