Assistant Buyer Menswear

Based on analyses and the latest trends, our Buying, Design & Merchandising departments work closely together to develop the newest Menswear collections. As an Assistant Buyer, you’ll support your Buying team to ensure these collections are produced to perfection: at the right price, with the right suppliers, and on a carefully planned schedule. In this role, you’ll ensure the efficient execution of all purchasing activities and tasks. You’ll review purchase orders for accuracy and enter them into our purchasing system. During fitting sessions, you’ll compile comments on production samples for our (international) suppliers and maintain regular communication with them. As the icing on the cake, you’ll prepare the weekly Top-Flop presentation and assist in analyzing the sales performance of our Menswear collections.
 What we expect from you:
  • A recently completed bachelor’s degree (HBO level).
  • At least one year of internship or work experience within a purchasing department of a (fashion) company.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure! You maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and pay close attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
