BI Developer

WE Fashion is in the midst of a large-scale IT transformation. Data is the driving force behind this transformation. As a BI Developer, you serve as the link between the business and our data platform. You gather requirements from stakeholders across various domains—from retail and e-commerce to supply chain and marketing—and translate these into powerful Power BI dashboards that support management and decision-making.

You’ll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business users. You’ll ensure the quality and consistency of reports, contribute ideas regarding the semantic layer, and help further develop our modern Fabric data platform with Power BI as the BI layer.

In this role:

• You gather reporting and dashboard requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into clear solutions.
• You design and build Power BI dashboards that provide insights and aid in decision-making.
• You develop and maintain the semantic model, including metrics and KPIs.
• You will collaborate with data engineers to make the appropriate datasets and data models available.
• You will monitor the performance, usability, and consistency of reports.
• You will guide colleagues in using dashboards and interpreting data.
• You will contribute ideas regarding standards for visualization, naming conventions, and governance within Power BI.

Where you make an impact:

• You bring knowledge of Business Intelligence gained through education or relevant work experience.
• You have experience with Power BI, including working with DAX and semantic models.
• You know how to translate business requirements into clear and actionable dashboards.
• You have an affinity for data visualization and clearly presenting insights derived from data.
• You can express yourself well in English, enabling you to collaborate effectively in our international work environment.
