E-Commerce Merchandiser

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you will be part of the Digital Trade Team and, together with your Online Category Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing online conversion and the presentation of our categories and products. Based on daily product analyses (using tools such as Contentsquare), input from our product divisions, and a strong sense of fashion and product relevance, you will help ensure that our products perform even better in the WE Fashion webshop.

You will do this by making sure our collection is presented at its best, day in and day out. In addition, you will set up promotions, analyze and process search behavior data, and actively contribute ideas to further develop and improve our webshop and product recommendations.

You know better than anyone how to leverage Salesforce and the latest AI-driven tools in the field to make processes smarter and more efficient. With your E-Commerce expertise, you know how to deliver the right content to the right customer at the right time always putting the customer first. And, of course, you have a genuine passion for fashion and a strong feel for our products.

This role is part of the Digital Trade Team (9 FTE) and you will report to one of the Online Category Managers, who will support you in achieving our growth ambitions.

Where you will make an impact:

• You have relevant knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or fashion through your education and/or professional experience.
• You work effectively with different stakeholders and can translate commercial opportunities into improvements across the online customer journey.
• You have strong knowledge of Salesforce and know how to successfully implement new AI-driven tools within E-Commerce.
• You are proactive, flexible, driven, commercially minded, and able to work effectively with deadlines and changing priorities.
• Experience with Contentsquare and PIM Inriver is a plus.
