As a Garment Technician for our Women's department, you are the specialist in the field of fit, material, and construction. You monitor our quality requirements and hold a key position between our Buying & Design departments, where you are also responsible for the technical translation of ideas from these departments. In addition, you contribute to the maintenance and further development of the basic patterns, provide technical advice on material use and seam finishing, monitor the consistent fit of our garments based on patterns, grading, and size specifications, and prepare the fit sessions with our fitting models. Finally, you will always be up to date with the latest developments in fits and constructions. You will also have a strong sense of design and fashion trends. You will do this together with your team of Garment Technicians, Buying, and Design, creating stylish WE® collections with passion, creativity, and a focus on our customers. Fashion that makes our customers feel stylish and confident and easily connect with the people around them. In other words, WE design to connect!
