IT Service & Delivery Manager

YOU WORK FOR WE®

WE Fashion is in the midst of a large-scale business and IT transformation. Through the modernisation of our IT landscape, we are building a future-proof, secure and scalable IT operation that supports our ambitions as a leading European fashion retailer. As IT Service & Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT services across platforms and infrastructure within WE Fashion. This includes (cloud) applications, IT infrastructure and digital workplaces. Your focus is on service stability, security, performance, availability and long-term sustainability. In this role, you act as the central link between business stakeholders, IT architecture, the portfolio and project organisation, and external IT vendors. You play a key role in both day-to-day operational continuity and the strategic development of the IT landscape and IT service delivery model.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for IT platform and infrastructure services, including (cloud) applications, IT infrastructure and workplaces.
  • Monitor, manage and continuously improve IT service delivery based on SLAs, KPIs and IT service management processes.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents, disruptions and operational IT issues.
  • Coordinate internal IT development and operations teams and external service providers to ensure continuity and recovery.
  • Define and execute sourcing strategies for IT infrastructure services (in-house versus managed services).
  • Participate in RFP processes, vendor selection and evaluation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Manage and optimise vendor contracts, procurement processes and operational IT budgets.
  • Ensure IT governance, security and compliance in line with internal policies and external regulations (including ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR).
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to vendors, technologies and service dependencies.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects on IT modernisation and cloud migration roadmaps and maintain an up-to-date solution portfolio.
  • Provide transparent reporting on IT service performance, risks and improvement initiatives to senior management and the CIO.

You report to the CIO and operate at the intersection of operations and strategy, balancing daily performance with long-term, sustainable decision-making.

What we expect from you:

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, (Technical) Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, including several years in a role focused on IT service delivery, IT operations or infrastructure & platforms.
  • Experience leading cloud and infrastructure services such as network, workplace, compute and storage.
  • Proven experience with vendor management, contract management and sourcing activities.
  • Experience managing operational IT budgets and steering on SLAs and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, security and compliance frameworks (including ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with operations, business stakeholders and senior management.

All applicants are evaluated based on competencies, experience and equal pay m/f/x.
