Senior ERP Program Manager

As Senior ERP Program Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our ERP transformation program. You bring clarity, direction and momentum to a complex, multi-stream program and ensure that outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

In this role, you:

• Lead the full ERP program lifecycle: from strategy and preparation through implementation and post go-live stabilisation.
• Define and manage program governance, roadmap, milestones, priorities and success metrics.
• Oversee and connect end-to-end business processes across Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Analytics.
• Drive process optimisation by combining industry best practices with modern technologies, while safeguarding system integration, data quality and overall project quality.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leadership, providing clear reporting and supporting decision-making at Steering Committee level.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, key users, implementation partners and vendors.
• Lead change and communication initiatives to ensure adoption, readiness and sustainable embedment of new systems and processes.
• Coordinate and guide project managers, business analysts, key users and external consultants, creating clarity in roles and expectations.

• You bring a broad understanding of end-to-end business processes across domains such as Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, ideally within a B2C environment.
• You align business needs and technical solutions, ensuring processes, systems and people move forward together.
• You successfully manage multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, creating clarity, ownership and momentum across multiple workstreams.
• You apply and balance project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches to structure delivery and drive outcomes.
