Junior E-mail Marketeer

In this role, you’ll be the digital voice reaching all our WE IS ME Members. You’ll be part of the Marketing & Communications department and join our Email team, consisting of one Team Lead and several junior supporting roles.

As a Junior E-mail Marketeer, you’ll be responsible for executing and analyzing all our email campaigns, making sure that every WE IS ME Member receives the right email at the right time. You’ll also create email templates, stay up to date with the latest email marketing techniques, work on segmentation, plan and set up various A/B tests, and proactively contribute ideas for new campaigns and the optimization of existing ones.

To make sure we inform our Members in an even more relevant and engaging way every day, while achieving the best possible response and conversion rates, you’ll work closely with colleagues across different departments, including Design, Copywriting, Merchandising and Data Analytics. Where you make an impact:

• You have a background in Marketing, Communications or a similar field through your education and/or relevant (retail) work experience.
• You have experience with email marketing and setting up and executing email campaigns.
• You’re able to process large amounts of information accurately and translate insights into the right campaigns and segmentations.
• You work accurately and have an affinity with technical systems and tools. Experience with Selligent or other ESPs and Google Analytics is a plus.
• You’re confident communicating in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively in our international working environment.
