Window & POS Production Coordinator

As Window & POS Production Coordinator, you are the link between creative ideas, production and execution. Your role is to ensure that window concepts and POS materials are produced, distributed and delivered to our stores on time.

You create and manage project timelines, monitor progress and coordinate continuously with suppliers, internal teams and our stores. You maintain oversight of production schedules, distribution lists, samples and mock ups, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Thanks to your knowledge of materials, production techniques and suppliers, you are more than just a coordinator. You actively contribute to the feasibility of creative concepts and advise on material choices, quality, costs and lead times, helping to turn creative ideas into successful productions. An existing network of suppliers is a definite advantage.

In our fast paced retail environment, you know how to set priorities, adapt quickly and find solutions when plans change or unexpected challenges arise. You are only satisfied when every window and POS element arrives in our stores on time and exactly as planned.

Where you make impact:

• You have experience in production coordination, project coordination or a similar role within retail, fashion or a production environment.
• You bring structure, keep projects on track and maintain oversight, even when managing multiple projects at the same time.
• You have knowledge of materials, production techniques or suppliers and enjoy contributing ideas to achieve the best possible result for every concept. An existing supplier network is a plus.
• You work accurately, have a strong eye for detail and set high standards for both yourself and the final result.
• You are highly proficient in Excel, communicate easily with suppliers and stakeholders and always think one step ahead.
